Admicom identity (SSO) in Ultima login

Admicom identity (SSO) is Ultima's primary login method that improves security and user experience.

Logging in with Admicom identity (SSO) became Ultima's primary login view in 2024.

With Admicom identity (SSO), it is also possible to return/move from the login view to Ultima's old login view, from which users of the old Ultima username can log in.

What is SSO?

SSO (Single Sign-On) is a method that enables access to several services through a single login. This makes logging in more secure and enables, for example, 2-step authentication, Microsoft authentication or Google authentication.

In the future, you can use this one login method to identify and log in to all Admicom group products.

how to enable

This is how you enable Admicom identitys in your company:

The introduction of Admicom identity in Ultima is free of charge and you can do it yourself as follows: Administration | Users | Admicom identity (SSO).

  1. The super user or another user managing credentials sends other users a joining invitation that is valid for 7 days.
  2. Each user opens the link in the invitation, fills out the registration page and creates an Admicom identity (SSO) entering their email address and password.
  3. After this, the user can log in to Ultima with their new Admicom identity (SSO).
You can find additional instructions for implementing Admicom identity in the attached video or Ultima's Wiki.
