“The greatest benefit of Vision is real-time documentation. Inspections with photos can be finalised and signed immediately on site, then sent by email to stakeholders. It works seamlessly on mobile devices, so computers are not needed. The integration capabilities with other Admicom software also serve our needs excellently,” Koskinen explains.
Tempo and Ultima – easy task planning and accurate time tracking
Admicom Tempo and Admicom Ultima have streamlined task planning and time tracking, saving the company significant time.
“The biggest advantage of Tempo is its ease of use,” says Koskinen.
Tempo is a browser-based tool for scheduling, task planning and project tracking. By assigning resources to tasks, it automatically generates hourly estimates.
Time tracking down to the hour is then managed in Ultima.
“Information from time tracking flows seamlessly from hours logged by employees to invoicing. Traditionally, construction firms have relied on manual timesheets – a huge waste of time,” says Chairman of the Board Harri Väänänen.
Ultima – all data in one system
Admicom Ultima provides real-time access to all project and financial data in one system. This has significantly improved information flow and made project managers’ work smoother.
“Ultima gives management a continuous real-time overview of each site’s progress. It allows us to monitor and control projects precisely, react to deviations and improve overall project management,” Koskinen notes.
